Exeter
Devons county town has many shops along it's high street as well as down some of it's side streets. You can also visit the Cathedral or enjoy a cream tea in one of the cafe's around cathedral close. Exeter also has a Maritime Museum and Canal as well as Exeter Quay where there are some lovely craft and antique shops as well as canoes that you can hire if you are feeling a bit more adventurous.
